1. How long does delivery take?
For items in stock, delivery within Romania takes 1–3 business days via express courier. For pre-order items, production and delivery take 7–14 business days. You will receive an email with the tracking number once your order has shipped.
2. What are the shipping costs?
Shipping within Romania is FREE shipping on all orders, regardless of order value. Shipping to Germany, Poland and other EU countries is calculated at checkout.
3. What payment methods do you accept?
We accept: credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro), Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, BLIK and cash on delivery (available only in Romania).
4. Can I return an item?
Yes — you have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item, provided it is unworn and in its original packaging. Return shipping is paid by the customer. For details, see our Return Policy.
5. Can I change the color or model after placing my order?
If you contact us within 12 hours of placing your order at info@mihailiuc.co or via WhatsApp, we can change the model/color without any problem. After this window the item may already be prepared for shipment.
6. Can I personalize the bag with an inscription?
Yes — we offer engraving personalization for a fee. You can add a name, initials or a short message (up to 12 characters) on the interior or on a leather tag. Select the “I Want Engraving” option on the product page and enter the text you want.
7. Are the bags made from genuine leather?
Yes, all MIHAILIUC bags are made from 100% genuine leather — either smooth cowhide or suede. Leathers are carefully selected for flexibility, durability and a refined appearance.
8. How do I care for my MIHAILIUC bag?
Genuine leather needs simple care: wipe dust away with a soft cloth, avoid prolonged sun exposure or excessive moisture, and apply a leather balm every 2–3 months. For suede, we recommend using a dedicated suede brush.
9. Do you have a physical store?
Orders are placed exclusively online through this site. For questions or style advice, email us or message us on Instagram @mihailiuc and we'll be happy to help.
10. Is there a warranty on the products?
Yes, all MIHAILIUC bags come with a warranty against manufacturing defects. See full details on the Warranty page.
